Warrior/Armor help needed. - Guild Wars Forums

I tryed search but (shock) its not working.

I have been away from GW/Factions for awhile and was wondering if they ever updated warrior armor stats?

1. Is the prophecies/FoW armor junk now, compared to the armor in factions?

2. Are runes like Superior absorbtion still non stacking?

3. Are stats on new warrior swords/weapons better in factions now?

Thank you for any help given.

Stats were not improved. New stats were introduced in factions, but they arent any better than Tyrian stats.

Swords/Axes/etc were not improved, and by in large were not changed (sundering got a buff though).

Runes still act the same. Abs. runes only effect Physical damage now though.

Biggest thing is that Knights/Ascalon armor was fixed. Now the -dmg is Local to that peice of armor instead of being global, and it too only effects physical dmaage.

So basicly all the armor I worked so hard to get in prophecies isnt junk?! omg..im glad

and all my uber weapons arent junk either.

Platemail went from 85+10 to 90+10.
There is now 100 AL armor that never existed in Tyria (but it is -20 if your strength is below 13 - very build limiting).

All "uber" weapons can easily be crafted/collected in Cantha (then moded) so skin has alot more value than stats.
